How to shortlist providers
- Footprint: the countries you call, support for desk phones and analog lines such as fax and alarms, and integration with your CRM.
- Pricing transparency: the tier that carries the features you use, with calling plans, international minutes, and AI add ons priced back in.
- Support quality: a trial on your own network with your hardest users, and an administrator changing a call flow without the salesperson.
- Contract flexibility: term length against seat count, number porting sequenced before cutover, and the old contract's auto renewal date tracked from day one.
What pricing looks like
Published list prices are honest at small seat counts and become a starting offer above about twenty five seats, with discounts deepening by seat count, term, and competition.
