11:11 Systems assembled its platform by acquiring some of the most respected names in VMware cloud, backup, and disaster recovery and operating them as one business, and it kept consolidating straight through 2025 and into 2026, adding a major managed cloud and security provider along the way. The strategy matters to buyers for two reasons. First, resilience is engineered into the platform rather than assembled from vendors: infrastructure, backup, and recovery share a control plane, which shows when something actually fails. Second, it holds top standing in the VMware provider program at exactly the moment thousands of companies are rethinking their own VMware economics, making it the least disruptive landing zone for estates that need to move without being rearchitected. The acquisitive pace is the watch item, since every integration consumes attention, though its record of absorbing acquired platforms has been better than the pattern usually produces. Cloud native application teams will look elsewhere; companies whose infrastructure story is VMware plus a serious recovery requirement will not find a deeper bench.
