Dialpad Pricing 2026: What You Will Actually Pay

By the Best Business Technology Advisory Team. Updated July 2026.

The AI native pick; transcription and coaching are the product, not a feature flag.

Best for: sales led teams that live on calls

Dialpad's pricing pitch is that the AI is the product, not an add on, and its published tiers back that up: transcription, call summaries, and live coaching are included at prices that undercut what rivals charge once their AI fees are added back in. The published numbers are real and low; the questions worth asking sit around them. For how Dialpad compares to the rest of the market, see our Best UCaaS Providers ranking.

What you will actually pay

List prices as published in July 2026 for the business phone tiers, billed annually. Monthly billing prices higher; sales and support products are separate.
PlanList priceWhat it adds
Standard$15 /user/moPhone system with AI transcription and summaries included
Pro$25 /user/moCRM integrations, multiple numbers, international SMS, ring groups
EnterpriseQuote basedSSO, SLA, unlimited ring groups, priority support

Two clarifications keep a Dialpad quote honest. First, these are the business phone tiers; Dialpad's contact center and sales coaching products are separate products at separate, meaningfully higher per seat prices, so a company buying both is running two purchases. Second, annual billing is the published basis, and monthly billing prices notably higher. At volume, Enterprise deals negotiate like the rest of the category.

What moves the price

  • Which product you are actually buying. The phone system is inexpensive. The contact center and sales products are where seats get expensive, and where Dialpad should be compared against the contact center specialists, not just UCaaS rivals.
  • Billing term. Annual versus monthly is a real gap at these price points. Annual is the honest comparison number.
  • Seat count. Standard and Pro have modest seat minimums at the low end, and volume pricing above list discounts at the high end.
  • International usage. Included calling covers domestic patterns; international minutes and SMS are usage priced and worth modeling if your calling map crosses borders.

Contract factors to watch

  • Tier fit. The jump to Pro is usually justified by CRM integration alone for sales teams; teams without that need often overbuy it. Match the tier to the workflow.
  • Mixed product agreements. If phone seats and contact center seats share one agreement, get them as separate line items so each can be benchmarked.
  • Renewal pricing. Dialpad's aggressive list pricing has been stable, but promotional first year discounts still step up at renewal; get the renewal number in writing.
  • Enterprise commitments. The Enterprise tier's SLA and support terms are the reason to sign it; read them, since they are the product.

The honest summary: Dialpad's published pricing is genuinely aggressive and the AI inclusion is real value, with the usual care needed at the seams between its products and billing terms. Exact pricing is quote based at volume. We pull real numbers across Dialpad and every serious alternative at once, free, and we are paid the same standard referral commission whichever provider you choose.
